Kevin L. Knox is a team performance and communication specialist, best-selling author, and award-winning speaker who helps professionals and organizations maximize potential and perform at a higher level.
Born in Philadelphia and raised in Glassboro, NJ, Kevin’s journey was shaped by what he calls the school of hard knocks. Once labeled “not college material,” he discovered early that potential is often misunderstood and frequently underdeveloped. Years later, colleges and institutions would purchase the very curriculum he designed, completing a full-circle moment that now defines his work: helping people outperform the limitations placed on them.
Kevin’s expertise sits at the intersection of team building, communication, and performance psychology. He is the creator of the Humanized Performance Framework. This proven system helps teams improve collaboration, strengthen communication, and deliver consistent results, particularly in high-pressure environments where clarity, trust, and execution matter most.
Over the past decade, Kevin has worked with organizations across the NBA, NFL, federal government, major universities, transit authorities, emergency response teams, and public-sector agencies nationwide. His training experiences are known for being practical, engaging, and immediately applicable, designed not just to inspire but to create measurable improvement in how teams think, communicate, and perform together.

Outside of his professional work, Kevin is most proud of being a father. He is a devoted single dad to his son, Mike Mike, the heartbeat behind everything he builds.
